Full Welded Steel Structure

Fabricated from high-strength steel plate for superior mechanical strength and rigidity. Features an upper hydraulic drive for exceptionally smooth operation.

Precision Synchronization System

Utilizes mechanical stops and a torsion bar synchronization mechanism to ensure high parallel accuracy between the left and right cylinders.

Advanced Deflection Compensation

The upper beam is equipped with a deflection compensation system. For machines of 250 tons and 4000mm bed length or more, an additional lower table compensation system is available.

CNC Backgauge System

The back gauge beam can be automatically raised and lowered via CNC control.
The X-axis (front/back motion) is driven by a digital AC servo motor via a ball screw and linear guide system.
Allows for automatic adjustment of the stop position and includes a retract function to avoid tooling interference.
Back gauge fingers 21 and 22 can be electrically adjusted (optional) along linear guides for lateral positioning.

Movable Front Support Frame

A mobile front support bracket that moves along linear guides and can be parked at any position. Equipped with rotation and height adjustment functions to assist your bending

Mechanical Compensation Device

The compensation system utilizes closed-loop control for high precision, with the compensation value automatically calculated and set by the CNC system to ensure consistent bending angles across the entire length. The convex wedge assembly consists of a set of inclined wedge blocks. The CNC system calculates the required compensation based on the bending load and automatically controls the relative displacement of the convex wedges to effectively compensate for deflection deformation of the slide and table frame, achieving ideal bending results. Mechanical deflection compensation creates a “pre-crowning” effect through position control, forming a curve along the table length that matches the actual deflection, ensuring uniform clearance between upper and lower dies during bending and maintaining angular consistency along the workpiece length. With numerous compensation points, this linear compensation method significantly enhances bending accuracy and workpiece quality.

Frame Rigidity Enhancement

Frame components are machined by high-precision large gantry machining centers, while automatic welding ensures welding uniformity. Additionally, vibration aging technology eliminates post-welding residual stress, guaranteeing the frame’s durability and stability.

Quick Clamping System

Securely fastens metal sheets or workpieces to the hydraulic press brake’s bed or lower die, ensuring precise bending.

Our equipment is equipped with a mechanical deflection compensation system. During operation, the system automatically calculates and compensates for machine deformation, ensuring uniform clearance between the slide and worktable across the entire length. This results in perfectly straight and clean products, allows easy operation even for beginners, and effectively helps reduce your rejection rate.

3. What is the warranty period? What does the warranty cover?

We offer 12months warranty on the entire machine. Under normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement for component failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
